Ortalli Verrier is an architectural office founded in 2013 by Gaëlle Verrier and Giacomo Ortalli. Since then, the office work has developed in the fields of architecture, research, education, design and urbanism.

Gaëlle Verrier studied architecture at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio and at Paris-Belleville. From 2008 to 2013, she worked at the Atelier Peter Zumthor in Haldenstein. She has been teaching assistant at the ETH Zurich at Christian Kerez studio and Visiting Professor at ESA Paris. She is currently teaching at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio.

Giacomo Ortalli studied architecture at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio and at the ETSAB in Barcelona. From 2008 to 2013, he worked at the Atelier Peter Zumthor in Haldenstein. He is teaching architecture at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio and at Politecnico di Milano. He is redactor for espazium.ch and founding member of the architectural editions Cosa Mentale.
