The plot is a long and narrow strip of land surrounded by residential buildings. The single-family house is arranged on two levels and includes a professional workshop. The main volume follows the longitudinal axis of the lot, maintaining a consistent width of 5.35 meters. The program is organized with the living spaces on the ground floor, in an open plan with generous openings, while the upper level with bedrooms and more modest openings. The staircase is positioned at the heart of the house becoming a spatial anchor around which daily life unfolds. Despite a limited budget and the site's constraints, the formal simplicity of the house lends it a sober yet distinctive character, allowing it to engage meaningfully with both its urban surroundings and the everyday life of its inhabitants.
