Lake Como House Renovation

Originally built in the 1930s, the house features a typical internal layout of the local tradition, with a regular floor plan organized around a central corridor. It is arranged over two above-ground levels and a partially underground basement. The renovation focused on improving the building’s energy efficiency and upgrading its overall condition while preserving the original structure. The project was carried out on a modest budget, thanks to careful planning and efficient resource management.
