The key elements redefining the area include the coexistence of vehicular and pedestrian-cyclist traffic, the balance between hard and green surfaces, and the enhancement of the existing public buildings. Spatial continuity is achieved by removing current physical barriers and restoring high-quality, universally accessible surfaces. The landscape proposal acts as a unifying element that fosters social interaction, offering pathways, meeting points, and play areas.
